Orthopedic Massage is a targeted treatment for musculoskeletal injuries and dysfunctions, including sprains, strains, joint restrictions, and chronic pain. Sessions focus on specific areas of concern and may be guided by a medical diagnosis or prescription. This approach is especially effective for conditions such as TMJ dysfunction, sciatic nerve pain, plantar fasciitis, and frozen shoulder. Techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Stretching, and Neuromuscular Therapy are used to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support recovery.
