Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a powerful technique that involves applying gentle pressure and skin-pulling techniques, which stimulates and encourages the natural movement of Lymph Fluid across the body. The Lymphatic System is part of the immune system and it’s responsible for removing excess fluid from the body, absorbing fats, and protecting the body against disease.
