Virginia’s Governor lifted restrictions and has left businesses to determine their own policies.

As of October 2022, we no longer require you to wear a face mask in our facilities although we highly recommend it regardless of your vaccination status. Wearing a face mask is your choice, by not wearing one you are at your own risk.

  • Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 5 days (fever, cough or other respiratory problem)?
  • Have you cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 5 days?​ ​

Cleaning & Disinfecting

  • Each of our ample rooms and lobby are equipped with HEPA (High-efficiency particulate absorbing) filter Air Purifiers used in hospitals and health care facilities to remove airborne contaminants. ​
  • We are constantly cleaning and disinfecting all surface areas.
  • We have set 30 minutes in between sessions to allow for deep cleaning and disinfecting.
  • Massage rooms are cleaned after every appointment: All bedding is laundered. Face rest, equipment, light switches, doorknobs, tables, and changing area are disinfected thoroughly. ​
  • We have replaced all blankets with two bed sheets. This will give us the ability to change all bedding for every client while providing you comfort and keeping you warm during the session.

Service Changes

  • Clients under 18 years old, or those who may need assistance (physical, sensory, intellectual, development disabilities, and/or cognitive impairments) may be accompanied by one adult. No additional family members are allowed in at this time to avoid crowding.
  • At the end of your session, the therapist will give you the usual recommendations inside the room to avoid crowding.
